Jewelry Care
• Avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals. • Gently clean your jewelry using a soft-bristle brush or spoolie with mild dish soap (we recommend original blue Dawn®).
• While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, changes in body chemistry, medications, skincare products, and environmental factors may cause 14k gold-filled or sterling silver jewelry to tarnish over time.
• Pat your jewelry dry after cleaning or exposure to water. This will help extend the life of your jewelry and preserve its shine.
Removal
• If you need to remove your jewelry, carefully cut the welded jump ring with a pair of scissors or nail clippers.
• Save your chain if possible, as we may be able to re-weld it later.
Warranty
• We offer complimentary re-welding for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Golden Gals is not responsible for lost, misplaced, stretched, damaged, or broken chains after purchase.
• Golden Gals is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to metals.
